Letter of Thanks Sent to the Editors of Ashland Tidings

The Board of Directors and the Lamas of Kagyu Sukha Chöling, in Ashland, wish to express our deep gratitude and appreciation following our opening event. On Saturday, June 19, 2010, we held an open house for the community at the new Tibetan Buddhist meditation center on Clear Creek Drive. There was an amazing response, and we welcomed over 1000 people through the double red doors to see this unique building. This project would not have been possible without the many generous donors of the funds that have brought us this far. We sincerely thank all who have contributed innumerable hours of time, labor, and building materials, much of it discounted or donated. Truly, this has been a real community effort.
